Launched in November 2022, Project Magna was a fast-track commercial interior fit-out and construction project spanning 250,000 sq. ft. across five floors (50,000 sq. ft. each), completed within an ambitious six-month timeline. A key objective was achieving LEED-certified sustainable construction, integrating eco-friendly materials, energy-efficient systems, and responsible waste management throughout the project lifecycle.

The result is a high-performance, environmentally responsible workspace, setting a benchmark for large-scale sustainable commercial construction delivered with speed, precision, and quality.
